Take the time to reconnect with the past and the present, travelling in the footsteps of the early pioneers down one of New Zealand's rugged beautiful and unspoilt beaches. Come and meet Duke the Clydesdale, our cuddly gentle giant who will take you on a unique and t

ranquil journey back in time. Activities include gem stone collecting, boiling the billy over an open fire, wildlife spotting and photography.


* Two and a half hour experience

* Camp fire, tea and damper bread

* Jade and gem stone collecting
* Child friendly beach
* OK for limited mobility
* Grooming and petting Murphy the Clydesdale

* Sensible foot ware

* Warm clothes
* Any medications
* Payment by cash only at the moment

Maximum of eight average sized adults or children by weight! (Tours are tide and weather dependant).
