DRUM ROLL PLEASE
We always considered ourselves consumers not producers however that 2025 pinot we've been nurturing was bottled today.
While still unnamed and therefore unlabeled we naturally couldn't resist cracking a bottle to enjoy with umami pasta and let's just say we were pretty impressed!
Just as well as we have > 12 doz in the cellar and another vintage in the barrel!
