Recently I took a group to Nourished by Trio for a bread-making masterclass 👩‍🍳

We received expert tips on break-making🍞 Learned how to make a sourdough starter. Took the sourdough home to rise and bake. Baked, decorated and ate focaccia.
Plus Nourished by Trio made us pumpkin soup to enjoy with our focaccia.

It was such a great masterclass experience!

We will travel to Rotorua and then to Reparoa. See the Lady Knox Geyser and have a walk through Wai-o-tapu Thermal Wonderland.

After we have some lunch then we will head to Waikite Valley Hot Pools to enjoy a soak in their wonderful geothermal water
