Proud to have supported this brilliant project through Alpine Odyssey Aotearoa.

A safe, climate smart classroom now means Suango School students can learn in a stronger, cooler and connected space, even after disaster.

Huge credit to Huw, Save the Children Vanuatu, CMA CGM, MOET and everyone who helped bring this to life.

Hey there Adventure South community, Guide Bryan here!

Just sharing a few shots from a recent Alps to Ocean Classic trip where I guided with Harry a lovely group of Australians.

We had a delightful time, with a highlight being the still conditions on the Ahuriri Arm of Lake Benmore with snow-capped peaks in the distance.

Plenty of fun too with a games evening in front of the fire at Burnside Homestead (last picture).

With Earth Day yesterday, it feels like the right moment to say how grateful I am to spend my days in places like this, and to share them with people who appreciate them as much as I do.

I've had the most wonderful season and want to thank every one of the guests I had the pleasure of guiding. It was so special.

Thank you,
Bryan

We're on New Zealand's North Island with our crew, riders and videographer, capturing the landscapes, people and moments that make the region's cycling so special.

The weather has thrown plenty at us, but between the showers we've found the light, the energy and some seriously beautiful footage. We hope everyone across the region is staying safe.

Our new North Island film lands next month. We can't wait to share it with you.

A fantastic group from the States arrived with a clear vision: explore the North Island's most stunning and less-travelled interior.*

Our trip designer absolutely delivered, intertwining some of our existing itineraries into a two week special tour! Kicking off in New Plymouth, sweeping inland via the legendary Forgotten Highway, across to Taupo, then over to

Napier for two gorgeous nights on the Hawke's Bay coast. From there, into Havelock North before heading south on Route 52, one of the most beautiful drives in the country, with two incredibly special nights at Wallingford Homestead in the Wairarapa, and finally heading south, enjoying our final evening in Martinborough, finishing in Wellington.

Volcanic plateaus, dramatic coastal clifftops, sweeping hill country, world-class wine country, west coastline and eastern beaches, all strung together by roads that feel like a proper local secret. It's the kind of itinerary that reminds you just how extraordinary this country is.

We felt special to be given the most beautiful card when saying our farewells. Honestly, it's what this job is all about.

*This season we've had a brilliant run of groups after something truly special; tailoring our brochure trips to their specific requests.

These are some of our favourite briefs to work with.

These stunning shots were captured by guide Lewis, who recently led a bespoke Lake Dunstan and Three Gorges foodie itinerary with a private group.

The route took them through some of Central Otago's finest producers, a tasting tour at Monte Christo Winery's cellar door, a saffron and garden tour at Wynyard Saffron Estate, and a stop at Dunford Grove to explore one of the region's beloved olive groves.

We love seeing more travellers weave food and wine into their active holiday experience, and it's easy to understand why.

There's magic in spending the day moving through a landscape under your own power, then sitting down to taste the very flavours that same land produces. It deepens your connection to a place in a way that's hard to replicate.

Boy oh boy, the Easter Bunny delivered this year.

We just wrapped our Alps to Ocean End to End, and Lake Pukaki was unlike anything I've seen in all my years of guiding; completely still, clear skies, full moon.

Our stay at Braemar Station was as special as always with Aoraki/Mt Cook staring us down (that's 3,200 metres of vertical gain between the lake and that summit).

Hope you enjoy these lovely pictures of the trip as well as our fantastic guests.
