Exciting progress underway in Ashburton.

Construction is now underway at 75 Albert Street on a 10.5ha residential subdivision - delivering 100+ future home sites plus new roading, accessways, and fully integrated three waters infrastructure (stormwater, wastewater, and potable water).

Stormwater is being managed through a smart mix of piped networks, overland flow paths, and dedicated treatment/storage/soakage areas, and the existing water race has been incorporated into the design to keep it functioning.

The project has been coordinated with council and utility providers to ensure servicing capacity and compliance with relevant standards.
Stage 1 is now available for purchase, with titles expected soon.

Out on the course in Greendale and raising money for Sheffield Community swimming pool.

Last Friday we attended the Malvern Lions Fundraising Golf Tournament out at Greendale Golf course.

What a busy day!
150+ players, lots of great stories and some very interesting shots!!

Peter Parker won our 'Guess the tees' competition, Peter guessed the exact number of tees in the jar of 413. Nice job Peter!

We raised $365 from our competition - all donations went to the Lions.

Everyone finished up in the clubhouse where further fundraising auctions took place.

All up $25,000 was raised and the representatives of the pool committee were thrilled to receive this to further their efforts of restoring the worthwhile community pool.

Yes you heard right, it’s our first game under the new lights. Get on down, sink a few bots and watch these new lights shine.

We can’t wait to see Mitch Duncan’s hot plate shine bright.

Nathan Burrowes | Weekend of Motorsport 🏁

Two days. Two disciplines. One epic result.

The RATEC run Weekend of Motorsport is all about variety | perfect for beginners and intermediates, with a few pros fine tuning their cars ahead of Rally Otago.

Day 1: AutoX
Power isn’t everything. Tight, technical and cone heavy - hit one and it’s a brutal 5 second penalty. A 1966 Mini Moke stole the win, beating a 400hp WRX by six seconds. I slotted into 10th of 18 and survived the cones.

Day 2: Gravel Sprint
Completely different story | speed, commitment and getting it sideways for the crowd. Flat out A to B runs along Lake Ellesmere with my old Subaru nudging 120km/h in 5th. Shared the car with a clubmate (his first EVER go in a 4WD!), picked up a smart gear tip, shaved 3 seconds off my time, and managed to beat a few big names. Finished 11th of 19.

Last year I unexpectedly won the historic cup (dating back to 1980) - a huge moment.

This year?
3rd in 4WD class and 1st equal overall 🏆

Back-to-back podiums and the first equal winner in event history.
Now it all comes down to a final showdown in a few weeks… 👀

⛳ What a day! ⛳

On Friday, the Survus Consultants team headed out to Property Council NZ’s Golf Day at Harewood Golf Club – and it delivered on every front.

From big personalities and great yarns to some very interesting shots, the day was full of laughs and top‑notch networking.

We were proud to host our site with light refreshments and some crowd‑favourite promo gear — including our red super‑soft golfers towel (a standout hit!), sports caps, and sleek bottle openers.

Congrats to Mark Webb (RCP), who nailed it and walked away with a brand‑new range finder!

💗 Fundraising for Pink Ribbon / Breast Cancer Appeal
Our Guess the Tees competition has already raised $402.80 — thank you to everyone who took part 🙌

The guesses were impressive (and entertaining), ranging from 128 to 1345.

The correct number? 351 tees!
Well done to Matt Voice, who guessed 350 — just one away — and took home our retro‑style chilly bin packed with tasty goodies 😍

We’re continuing our fundraising efforts, so keep an eye out for more ways to get involved and support this great cause 💕
