Mel’s Tip: How to Choose the Right Méthode Traditionnelle Match with Seafood?

Bright and citrusy for oysters, lively and pure for white fish. Look for Chardonnay-dominant Méthode Marlborough with fine acidity and subtle umami from extended lees ageing - the perfect partner for delicate seafood.

For salmon or richer dishes, a Rosé or Pinot Noir-led style offers a soft, rounded palate with depth and complexity to match.
