The weekend isn't over yet, still plenty of football to see today.

Both of our Ladies teams are in action, Enviro NZ take on Shockers Pink at Awapuni Stadium and Tatapouri Marist face HSOG at Harry Barker Reserve. Kick off for both those games is at 10.30.

Then, after you've had lunch, you can head to Childers Road where our Under 15 CDL team will be playing their last home game of the season, against Havelock North Wanderers. The Under 15 players and staff would love to see and hear a big crowd there today to cheer them on.

Bit later in the week than usual but better late than never, eh! Here's your round up of where to catch our Senior and CDL teams in action this weekend.

⚽ Enviro NZ Ladies already have 3 points this weekend as their scheduled game against HSOG tonight has been defaulted by the opposition. They could make it a six point weekend as they'll be facing Shockers Pink on Sunday.
⚽ ElectriNET Thistle head to Havelock North tomorrow knowing that a win will mean that they head into next week's final round of games still able to finish the season in 2nd place in the Eastern Premiership. A draw or a loss tomorrow means they will finish in 3rd place no matter the outcome of next week's games. So all to play for.
⚽ Our TPS Under 15 CDL team are in action at Childers Road on Sunday, against Havelock North Wanderers. The last time the two teams met produced plenty of goals, so this one should be well worth watching. Kick off on Sunday is at 1 p.m.

⚽ ElectriNET Thistle lose at Harry Barker Reserve
⚽ Athletic Bobcats carry on their good run of form with a 6 - 3 win
⚽ Pro Roofing score 3 against Wainui Sharks but it's not enough to get them the win
⚽ Versatile are this week's big winners, hitting the net 11 times against Shockers Campion, with Kaabure Itaiataake grabbing 5
⚽ Thunder go down at Ngatapa
⚽ Tatapouri Marist Ladies come away pointless against Shockers Black

Thanks to all our sponsors, supporters, coaches and volunteers who help us put teams on the pitch every weekend. We couldn't do it without you.

Disappointing day for our ElectriNET Thistle Men's team today as their unbeaten run came crashing to a halt against league leaders Gisborne United.

Thistle were fairly comfortable in the opening stages until United opened the scoring after 28 minutes. United then doubled their lead 5 minutes before half time.

The 2nd half was fairly even but, although they had their fair share of possession, Thistle didn't really create any clear cut goal scoring opportunities, and the home side grabbed a third goal 4 minutes before the end to finish the contest.

The Jags were competitive throughout the game but lacked the creativity and quality on the day to threaten United.

Thistle's Man of the Match award went to Charlie Harvey who had an outstanding game at full back before having to be substituted late in the game after suffering an injury.

Today's defeat doesn't change the equation for Thistle, wins in their next two games could still be enough for them to achieve 2nd place in the Eastern Premiership and the team will be doing everything they can to get the wins they need.

Thank you to everyone who was at Harry Barker Reserve today to support the team.
