Introducing our newest hosts at the Greenstone Homestead, Danny and Lauren.
Danny and Lauren hail all the way from the sunny Gold Coast in Australia.
After visiting and being guests of the homestead themselves, they flew home, sold up everything, and moved to our beautiful slice of heaven in less than 4 months.
Lauren is an accountant by trade; with an impressive background in hotel management, guest services, and construction.
When sheās not at the homestead, you will find her out wandering with the horses, finding the nearest dog for a pet, herding naughty lambs out of paddocks theyāre not supposed to be in, or trying to wrangle their escapee chooks!
Danny is a Landscaper by trade; spending the majority of his career in building and construction. More recently he made the switch to Agriculture and Fisheries, perfectly blending work with his passion for the outdoors.
When heās not tinkering around the homestead, you will find him out hunting, fishing, exploring the land, or wrangling out the mischievous old bull theyāve nicknamed āBruceā aka āHoudiniā - who has a knack of showing up in the morning inside locked paddocks heās not supposed to be in!
Danny and Lauren bring fresh energy, a wealth of experience, a hard working attitude - with a side of Aussie slang weāre still trying to understand - to the Greenstone Homestead. We couldnāt be more excited to see what theyāll achieve.
