Our family enjoyed our first ski day of the season on Mt Ruapehu this weekend, and what a day it was – blue skies, sunshine, and pretty good conditions! ☀️⛷️

It also had me reminiscing about the incredible skiing I enjoyed in Canada earlier this year, with amazing snow, fantastic runs, and unforgettable mountain scenery.

Beautiful evening for a long haul flight.

From skiing great snow to cruising tropical waters - a relaxing weekend to Fiji with hubby for a belated anniversary celebration. Beautiful warm water and fun marine life to enjoy while snorkelling, great food (which I did not have to prepare myself - always a bonus!), visiting a local village, and enjoying the beautiful scenery of some Fijian islands. Not a bad way to spend a long weekend!
