Open work rights will soon be available to more partners of migrant workers!

From 2 December 2024, partners of migrants on an Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) or Essential Skills work visa will be able to apply to vary the conditions of their visa, or for a new work visa, if they meet certain eligibility criteria.
