This is my beautiful and very talented mum - Anita ❤️

She also happens to be one of our Nature & Nosh caterers (for our West Coast Adventure) and anyone who’s tasted her creations will say they certainly didn’t leave after their tour hungry!

From her signature Kahlua cream Cheesecake (we’ve had a lot of requests for the recipe), colourful and nutritious salads, gluten free homemade seed crackers, delicious home baking to stunning floral arrangements (mum was a florist) and impromptu flax weaving classes for a few of our groups 🌿

Anita weaves her magic into the flavour of our tours and we are so grateful.
