On 27 November 2023 the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) changed to include a maximum continuous stay and a longer visa length.

Permanent Resident Visa General (PRV), Second or Subsequent Resident Visa and Variation of Travel Conditions of a Resident Visa applications will move to our enhanced Immigration Online system on 29 January 2024.

Paper applications for these visas will no longer be accepted from 29 January. We encourage anyone eligible for these visas before 29 January to wait and apply online.

This change will help us manage an increase in PRV applications due to the number of 2021 Resident Visa applicants who will be eligible to apply.
