Wanting an experience & support a good cause?
Mandy Hurst, one of our amazing Walkers, has, thanks to four very generous businesses in Methven, put together a package for our Rest Day Auction!
This package includes:
- two nights’ accommodation at Brinkley Resort Mt Hutt Canterbury New Zealand,
- a hot air balloon experience for two worth $850.00 from Adventure Balloons New Zealand LTD,
- Ski passes and ski hire from Mt Hutt, and
- a Tranquility pass at Ōpuke Thermal Pools & Spa.
The total value of the package is approx. $1,600.
Due to the amazing package, and the fact that we are trying to raise as much funds as possible for our Volunteer First Reaponse and Rescue Services - especially in the wake of Cyclone Gabrielle which has meant many of our Trekkers are no longer able to attend, Mandy will be taking early text bids, with the highest bid to be taken to the auction on the night of Wednesday 8th March 2023. If no higher bid at the auction, the txt bid will win.
The bids will start at $1,000.00 and due to limited reception, the text bids will close on Friday 3rd at 7pm.
