ort drive down to the Maraetotara falls and heritage walk for a scenic paradise, where you will find yourself amongst some of the locals having a quick dip from the waterfalls or go for a relaxing quiet walk down the waters edge where the crystal clear water flows down the stream all the way to the back door of ocean 87 where you can take advantage of the trout fishing or just take a cool swim on a hot summers day in the Bay. We are lucky enough to have some of the finest wineries that produce world class wines all within 15mins of ocean87. Craggy range, Black Barn and Elephant Hill just to name a few. Other attractions include horse treks, visit surrounding beaches such as Waimarama, Haumoana or the Tuki Tuk river, gannet watching at Cape Kidnappers or a round of golf at a world class golf course. Havelock north is just a 10minute drive and has been voted 2017s most beautiful town. You will find all of you entertainment (day and night), cafes and public transport needed. We have just had a cancellation for one of our cottages ( 2 bedroom 4 person self contained). Period available last week in 2017 and January 2018. Send an e-mail to [email protected] to receive a registration form, or call 06 8747894 to answer any queries and check availability.
Rates are $125 per night for a fully self contained cottage, or if you are looking for a powered site for a tent/motor home, $40 for two people plus an extra 10 dollars for any extra heads per night.

You have Maraetotara stream at your back door and the beautiful Ocean beach just 3km down the road! surrounded by sites to see, wineries to visit and a peaceful place to return to so you can soak up some rays and enjoy the atmosphere surrounding you.
