🍣 STAFF TRAINING WITH A SIDE OF SUSHI! 🍣
The lovely ladies from Unichem Mainstreet Pharmacy made use of our Howick Village Association office for a staff training session recently.
And would you look at that fabulous platter of sushi! 😍
I have it on good authority that it was absolutely delicious!
The sushi came from Yummy Sushi in Moore Street – you know the one, with the sign that looks like it's upside down! 🙃
But it's not! And doesn't it catch your attention? Clever signage, we reckon!
Great value, delicious sushi and another wonderful example of our Village businesses supporting each other.
A little staff training, a delicious lunch and shopping local. What's not to love? ❤️

5:20am on CRC Howick Village Hop day, wide awake and already staring at the next alarm.

That’s the reality of putting on a day like the CRC Howick Village HOP. Alarms set, barriers up, stalls ready before the sun’s even thought about it. Two Saturdays on and we’re still not over it.

Thank you to everyone who came down and made the early start more than worth it. 🧡

Would we do it all again? Already planning for next year.

Over the years, it has become much more than a place to enjoy a good coffee or tea. It is a place where friendships are nurtured, conversations are shared, community connections are strengthened, and familiar faces are always greeted with warmth and kindness.

Many members of our church family have spent countless hours there meeting friends, offering support, celebrating milestones, planning community activities, and simply enjoying fellowship together. It has become a valued gathering place that enriches the life of our parish and the wider Howick community.

We extend our sincere thanks to the team at Coffee and Tea Lovers for the hospitality, friendship, and sense of community they provide every day. Places like these help weave the fabric of our neighbourhood together, and we are grateful to have them as part of the story of All Saints.

What a day!!

The CRC Howick Village Hop has wrapped for another year, and wow, did this community show up. The street was buzzing, the stalls were full, and the energy all day was exactly what makes Howick so special.

A massive thank you to everyone who came down, to our incredible local businesses, and to our sponsors who made the day possible.

After previously sharing space with Rombus Café in Cook Street, Holly Ensor and her talented team have spread their wings and moved into their very own shop at 55 Picton Street, formerly home to Thompson Optometrists.
And WOW, what a transformation! ✨
The new space is absolutely stunning – light, bright, fresh and beautifully presented. A wonderful setting for all their gorgeous floral creations! 🌷
