🍫❄️ Cold mornings mean chocolate-making season is in full swing for Heather from Brookwood Chocolates!

Some of her current favourites include:

💜 Lavender Chocolates – rich dark chocolate paired with beautiful culinary lavender from the Wanaka Lavender Farm.

🦋 Vanilla Butterflies – luscious white chocolate packed with the plumpest vanilla beans from Niue.

🍒 Cherries & Brandy – fresh cherries soaked in brandy for months, then smothered in decadent dark chocolate.

And here's a little challenge for you... can you spot the chocolates in the photos? 👀

They're so beautifully crafted that at first glance we were admiring the lavender, and flowers, before realising the chocolates were there too! Heather's creations are almost too perfect to spot!

We’re pleased to welcome Roslyn Hughes, Clinical Psychologist, to Crawford Wellness Centre at 2 Picton Street, Howick.

Roslyn specialises in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety conditions, offering highly focused, evidence-based support tailored to the unique ways these conditions present for each individual.

With a compassionate, non-judgemental approach, Roslyn aims to create a safe space where people feel genuinely understood, while working toward breaking the cycle of OCD and supporting meaningful, long-term wellbeing.

Roslyn will be consulting weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Crawford Wellness, Building B, 2 Picton Street.

Joel will be in-store to chat about his new picture book, The Sound of NZ. Many of you may also know Joel as the artist behind the mural on the side of Urban in East.

Pop in and say hello, check out his beautiful new book, then take a stroll through our Howick Village Market. It's shaping up to be a fantastic morning to wander the village, support local creatives, and enjoy everything our community has to offer.

WYLD started 6 years ago with a simple belief: that people deserve to feel genuinely cared for.
