An extremely relaxing and comfortable space that boasts all the mod cons without losing that special cribbie feel. Right on the point of Kakanui township with stunning views over the ever changing reef and ocean. Gather paua and explore the rockpools only 50m from the front deck, 500m along the coast to the south is one of Otago’s best sandy surf beaches and 500m to the North is the Kakanui river,

estuary and boat sheds. With two large lounges, a large outdoor decking and bbq area, 3 good sized bedrooms, a caravan and a level area for tents, there is plenty of space even for larger groups. The property is very child friendly with plenty of toys, boardgames and a safe section. The kitchen is modern with gas hobs, plenty of fridge space and a dishdrawer. The primary lounge has an LCD TV with sky and a DVD/CD player and a large log burner. The day lounge has large sliding doors out to a big deck and views.
