🌊 Hello Ocean Lovers 🐟

With strong winds rolling through and waves reaching up to 1.6 metres, we’ve had to press pause on our tours for now. Your safety (and comfort!) always comes first.

We’ll be keeping a close eye on conditions and will head back out as soon as the ocean settles to check in on our fishy friends 🐠💙

Hello Ocean Lovers 🌊

We hope everyone has stayed safe through the wild weather we’ve been experiencing. Unfortunately, another strong weather system is forecast from tomorrow through the weekend, which means we won’t be able to operate our tours.

We’ll be checking visibility again on Monday for the rest of the week and are keeping our fingers crossed that conditions clear enough for us to enjoy seeing the fish 🐟

🚤 Please note: We will be closed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for both boat tours and snorkel hire.

Hello Ocean Lovers 🌊

Unfortunately, we have had to put a pause on our tours while this upcoming weather system passes.
On Saturday the 17th, wave heights are sitting just under 1 metre and coming directly onto the beach, which doesn’t allow for safe or comfortable loading and unloading.

On Sunday, a strong weather system is forecast to arrive and is expected to hang around for most of the week. We’re keeping a very close eye on conditions and have our fingers crossed it clears in time for Auckland Anniversary 🤞

We’ll reassess the weather again by Thursday and will keep you all updated.

Hello Ocean Lovers,

Unfortunately, the sea has other plans for us over the next few days. Due to the current conditions, we won’t be able to operate our tours today, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday.

Easterly waves of around 1–1.1 meters are rolling straight into Leigh Harbour this weekend, making it unsafe for us to bring the boat out.
Looking ahead, Monday and Tuesday are also shaping up with strong winds and waves hitting Goat Island directly, meaning we can’t safely or comfortably operate.

For now, we’re sitting tight and waiting for the ocean to settle.
Stay safe, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as conditions improve. 💙🌊
