OPINION: If we want the travel industry to survive for the future, consumers must be flexible now.

At the moment it can be quite hard to decide what you should and shouldn’t do. This is why I cannot stress the importance of booking your holiday through a travel broker or an agent. I don’t mind if it’s through me or not but what I do care about is your well-being and your hard earned money.

People who have booked online are losing hundreds or thousands of dollars and spending hours and hours on the phone trying to put the pieces together. However, if you have an agent, it takes one simple call and we take that stress from you. Planning a holiday has its risks but should not be stressful.
