This article is doing the rounds. It’s poignant and on point and certainly resonates with how the travel industry and our colleagues are feeling. The govt needs to define travel ( outbound ) from tourism ( inbound ) they are completely different.
Travel agents need support they are working every day to make sure refunds and credits in the billions get back to their customers ... they are fighting a battle and no security of jobs. X.
