Daniel and Michelle Fogden have owned and operated Fogden Builders since it was established in January 2011. We are members of the New Zealand Certified Builders Association, Daniel has 20+ years experience in the building and construction industry and he is also a licensed building practitioner (see our website for further info). We believe that every client is different, and requires a tailor-ma
de build to fit their needs in order to be truly satisfied with the finished product – after all, it’s yours to live in. At the same time, we strive to be as cost effective and streamlined as possible. Working with a specially chosen team of architects, builders and sub-trades, Fogden Builders can ensure that the finished product is of the highest possible standard – we are not a mass-producing housing company, we specialise in custom new homes. We work with you through each step in the process, taking your ideas and supplementing them with our own expertise.
