Office Administrator / Customer Service – Winter Season Role
Methven Travel – Methven, Canterbury
Methven Travel is gearing up for a busy winter season and is looking for a reliable and friendly Office Administrator / Customer Service team member to join our team.
This is a key front-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping ensure smooth daily operations during our peak season.
Position Details
• Days required: Every Friday and every alternate Saturday
• Additional hours: Ability to cover extra days for sick leave and annual leave is essential
• Seasonal winter role (with potential for ongoing opportunities)
Key Responsibilities
• Providing excellent customer service (in person, phone, and email)
• Managing bookings and enquiries (including online booking systems)
• General office administration and data entry
• Coordinating transport bookings and schedules
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations
