Neighbourhood
Our 1st floor studio apartment is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac of coveted Mount Maunganui. We live in the property below and with the studio set above the garage, noise and interaction between properties is minimal. You have your own private access, your own sun-soaked deck as well as direct access from the apartment onto the Golf course. The beach is a 10 minute stroll, 5 minute bike or 2 minute drive away. We are also conveniently located only a few minutes’ drive / walk from the vibrant hub of alfresco dining, shops, movie theatre and supermarket at Bayfair shopping mall.
$675 per week includes your power, water, rubbish, wifi, fortnightly clean, Netflix and Sky tv. You also have 1 x off street car park. Just bring your clothes and food!
We looking for a single professional / retired person who wants to stay for upwards of 6 (or 12) months but length of stay and single vs couple is open to discussion for the right person.
