We’ve completed the first beautiful section of our New Zealand journey — and what a reminder it’s been to stay present.
From the quiet wonder of Waitomo Caves, to the playful magic of Hobbiton, and into Rotorua, where the earth breathes and shifts at Wai-O-Tapu and stories come alive at Te Puia.
In a world that can feel fragile and noisy, these places don’t just impress you — they invite you to slow down. To listen. To notice the warmth rising from the ground, the stillness underground, the way a landscape can hold centuries of meaning, and the way a shared experience can turn into a memory in seconds.
Today I’m choosing to travel like this: not to collect places, but to be fully inside each moment while it’s here.

We are surrounded by beauty, perfection, and magic — the only thing we need is to truly see it.

Today Auckland felt like that reminder: light on the water, calm skies, simple moments that don’t ask for anything except presence. When I quiet the noise and the chaos, I realise nothing needs fixing — everything else is already perfect.

And the best proof? Coming home to my dog, asleep belly up, completely safe and at peace. That’s the energy I’m choosing.

What a weekend in Napier.
Art Deco Weekend always brings something special to this city — the music, the style, the energy, and the way the whole town comes alive. But beyond the beautiful outfits and vintage charm, what I loved most were the moments of joy, connection, and celebration shared in the streets and with friends.

Only halfway through our North Island journey with this wonderful Spanish group, and it already feels like we’ve lived a hundred moments.
We’ve shared big landscapes and small details, laughs that came out of nowhere, also some hick us that we overcame, meaningful conversations on the road, and those quiet pauses when everyone just takes it in. It’s the kind of travel that doesn’t feel rushed or tick-box — it feels real.
So grateful for the energy, curiosity, and kindness this group brings every day. If this is only the first half… I can’t wait to see what the rest of the tour holds.

2025… what a ride.
This year stretched me, grounded me, and reminded me why I love what I do. I closed big cycles, stepped into new directions, and found a deeper appreciation for the people who walk beside me — travellers, partners, friends, and everyone who supported Premium Tours in any way.
Every booking, every message, every shared story… it all meant something. You helped turn challenges into momentum and growth into possibility. And to those who held my hand behind the scenes — even for a few steps — thank you. Your support shaped this year more than you know.

Even on a rainy day, battling the ocean managed to come to Napier, at Premium Tours we had the opportunity to share this beautiful wine region with an amazing Mexican family of 30!!!
