Recently, we invited a wonderful group of local women to come and experience our Hawke’s Bay Food & W**e Experience for themselves, and what an evening it was.

We were joined by the ladies from Hawke's Bay New Zealand Tourism, Lucinda and Pip from Hastings City and Napier City Business Associations, Sophie from Gannet Safaris Overland, Fiona from Contentment PR & Communications and Ali from Cuvar W**ery.

Good food, great Hawke’s Bay w**e, lots of conversation and heaps of laughs.

For those who haven’t come across our Hawke’s Bay Food & W**e Experience yet, it’s an exclusive hosted evening for groups staying at the Kiwiesque Lodge. Chef Simon Lillico from Restaurant Ari prepares a seasonal three-course dinner showcasing local produce, with the addition of a cooking demonstration for some inspiration and w**es to match. And Hawke’s Bay w**emaker Gordon Russell hosts a w**e tasting with plenty of stories from his years in the industry.

Kiwiesque has two properties, bookable separately or together. The Vineyard Villa sleeps up to 10 across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with open-plan living looking down the valley and farm land.

The Lodge sleeps 18-20 across eight bedrooms and six bathrooms, so there’s plenty of room when the guest list starts growing.

And because you’re staying in w**e country, it would be rude not to.... Bayden can host a private w**e tasting in the Kiwiesque cellar, so you can make an afternoon of it without leaving the property.
