It’s that time of year when we start closely tracking the herds as they make their way through Tanzania’s Serengeti.

With the end of the rainy season, the land has recovered, and fresh grazing awaits the millions of wildebeest, zebra, and plains game. By August, the herds are nearing the northern Serengeti, gearing up for the dramatic Mara River crossing. The adventure is just beginning, and anticipation is in the air!
