As we move to Alert Level 2+ from 11.59pm tonight, we wish to remind our customers how we can operate under the new alert level.

Both stores at 64 Gladstone Road, Richmond and 42 Vickerman Street, Port Nelson are back open to the public from Wednesday 8th September. We ask that you follow the guidelines in store:

👉 Please scan or sign in on arrival. We have QR codes on the doors before you enter and at the front counter. We also have a sign in register at the front counter.

👉 You MUST wear a face mask when entering the store and it must stay on until you are back outside. We cannot let you in/serve you without one. We really don't like it any more than you do, so please respect our staff if you are refused entry.

👉 We have hand sanitiser available as you enter the stores.

👉 Please maintain 2 metres physical distance with anyone else in the store at all times. This may mean, if the shop is busy, we have have to restrict the number of people inside. In this instance, we would appreciate your patience while you are asked to wait outside until someone else leaves.

👉 We are still able to offer the contactless pick up option for customers who would prefer this.

👉 If you have travelled to Auckland any time within the last 14 days or are awaiting Covid test results, please do not enter our stores.

Please follow these Government guidelines so we can continue to operate safely.
