Kiwi Journeys is looking for a bike mechanic to join our current bike mechanic based at our Cromwell Depot to keep our premium bike and e-bike fleet in excellent condition.
This is a full-time permanent role that requires some weekend work.

We're growing, and looking for people to join us for the Spring/Summer/Autumn season at our Cromwell and Queenstown (Gibbston Valley) depots.

Casual and fixed-term roles available.

𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 (𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝟏 𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝)
-Transport customers between accommodations, Kiwi Journeys depot and trail start and end points
-Load and unload bikes/luggage
-Deliver customer bike and safety briefings
-Assist with daily operational logistics
-Maintain vehicles and equipment standards

-Greeting and managing customers upon check-in
-Assisting bike tour departures
-Taking phone and over-the-counter bookings
-Greet and helping customers on their return
-Helping to get bikes and equipment ready for the next day

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable people to join our Hokitika team from September/October through to the end of April.

We have opportunities across:
• 𝐁𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬 – servicing, maintaining and preparing our fleet
• 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 (𝐏-𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐝) – transporting customers, bikes and equipment
• 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 – welcoming customers and helping create an unforgettable experience
• 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 – taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Hokitika operation (possible position for the right person)

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠? These roles can be 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, depending on the combination of skills and experience you can bring.
