🗻Milford Sound Lodge is an unforgettable experience, and I've got some insider tips for you! 🏞️✨ Choose between Mountainview, Riverfront chalets, or 2-bedroom chalets for larger groups. But the Riverfront Suite? That's my top pick. With large floor-to-ceiling windows, you'll have the best seat in the house.

☀️We were here in February - the perfect time for the playful mosquitos (of which there feels like millions) A good repellant a must! But it is also another great reason we chose the Riverfront Suites, so we could enjoy the view in comfort.

🍜Onsite dining at Pio Pio Restaurant is a must; trust me, the food is gourmet-level. I recommend to pre-book your spot before you arrive.

🛶Don't miss the early morning kayak; starting in fog and ending with a sunrise over the mountains, it's a magical experience.

🚙Drive into Milford Sound, stop at Mirror Lakes, Lake Gunn & hike the Routeburn Summit if time alows - Make sure to ask me about our Fiordland packages which also include cruising in Milford Sound and hiking part of New Zealand's great hike!
