Help Make a Dream Come True.... A Magical Disney Cruise for the Golden Glam Gals!

Six extraordinary women, affectionately calling themselves the “Golden Glam Gals”

They are all over the age of 60 and living with intellectual disabilities. They have carried a lifelong dream — to set sail on a real cruise holiday.

Now, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity has appeared! A 3-day Disney Cruise departing from Auckland in December 2025.

Despite living with limited means on a benefit, their lives are rich with friendship, laughter, and a deep love for all things DISNEY For some of these women, this trip will mark their very first time leaving the Wellington region!

They've never stepped onto a plane, never felt the sway of a boat beneath their feet. This will truly be their first great adventure.

For the Golden Glam Gals, it’s more than just a holiday It’s the fulfilment of dreams they’ve held close to their hearts for decades.

This journey is especially poignant:
✨ One brave woman is currently undergoing treatment for her second cancer diagnosis, with this cruise topping her bucket list.
✨ Another is navigating life after the heartbreaking loss of her beloved husband of 30 years — a fellow soul with an intellectual disability.

These beautiful women deserve this moment of pure magic. They will be accompanied by a team of incredible support staff to ensure their journey is safe, joyful, and unforgettable.

But we can't make this dream happen without you!
