We have a favour to ask.
cocoa.wilds, an amazing tiny chocolate shop in OConnell St needs a follow.
Byron, the owner, followed his passion and went to Europe to learn to make the best chocolates. He nailed it. The chocolate is ethically sourced and utterly delicious.
But the week before Easter, Meta suspended his Instagram account identifying Cocoa Wilds as under 15 years old!
Over 15000 Insta followers disappeared, which was a huge driver of this business. As those of us who have faced various bans know, Meta are faceless and slow to act.
Please give Cocoa Wilds new page a like. If you want to try or gift their delicious wares for Easter, please place an order. These are tough times and small quirky stores like Cocoa Wilds are the icing on Auckland’s cake. Please lend your support with a simple follow.

What started out as a rainy day mindset - dragging visitors around a wet & dreary turned into one of the best Hello Auckland walking tours ever!

Canadians Pam & Bruce were up for it toting matchee matchee bright yellow ponchos & warm, sunny personalities.
They looked like oversized minions 😂 We pulled out a largely under cover tour in the heavy rain, ducking through walkways, into corporate lobbies for art gazing, down laneways and up escalators to reveal hidden view shafts. All the while adapting our storytelling on the fly.
After 9 years of guiding, it’s still fun delighting folks with a cheery ‘walk this way ….’. Especially when they hug you warmly at tours end.
