TRAIL WEEDING
Saturday July 5th and 6th from 10am, we would really appreciate your help for a working bee. It's a large area, so the more people we have there to help the better. Just a short walk from Tangiteroria Lane where the Trail divides through the mangroves or left through the native trees just below the kiwifruit orchards. YOU CAN'T MISS IT! There is a huge infestation of wandering jew ( Tradescantia) on both sides of the Trail, with rakes, spades and enthusiasm we could get rid of this and plant some of the many native trees we are holding. Ideal working bee for any age. If you aren't around that weekend but would like to make a start, please make a pile of weeds off the track.
Meet at the Tangiteroria entry to the trail on Saturday morning at 10 am 🤞👍🙏
