Featuring New Zealand's iconic national flower, the pōhutukawa, it brings a vibrant touch to our entrance.

Did you know the pōhutukawa is often called the "New Zealand Christmas tree" because of its stunning red flowers that bloom during the holiday season? These coastal beauties can live for centuries and have deep cultural significance in Māori traditions, symbolising strength and resilience. 🌺

Good Morning 🤩 today we celebrate Baden Monckton's 30 years at BJ Ball! We talked to Baden, here's what he had to say about the 30 year milestone 🥳

"Well, what a journey! I started at BJ Ball in Thorndon Quay, Wellington in 1988, I was in charge of inwards goods. After a few years, I ended up working for Mainfreight, I was only there four months when the warehouse manager of BJ Ball rang me asking do I know anyone that could do my old job and I said, “not really”. He said, “would you I come back?”, and I said, “yes I would” and I did. That was 30 years ago today.

I still have my original BJ Ball jersey that I got when I first started, I wear it when I’m fishing. It looks worse for wear, but I’ve kept it and use it as a t-shirt (basically because I had to cut the worn-out arms off) - I reckon it brings me good luck.

My total service at BJ Ball is over 36 years and I have loved every minute of it - well mostly!" 😛

If you missed it in our GSM21 magazine, we would love to share a special print project with you 🥰 Designed by @harveycameron_nz and printed by Spectrum Print Christchurch, The Christ Church Cathedral Reinstatement project was proudly printed on Silk Matt 350/170gsm. Despite the incredible efforts of the fundraising team, there's still a funding shortfall to complete the rebuild of this iconic landmark since its damage from the Christchurch earthquakes in 2010 and 2011. The mission was to create an engaging sponsorship document that amplifies the brand look that was previously developed.
