🚜 13T DIGGER OPERATOR WANTED – JOIN OUR TEAM!

DR Earthworks Ltd | Pirongia, Waikato

DR Earthworks Ltd is looking for an experienced Digger Operator to join our team.

We’re after someone who is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in their work, with experience operating a 13T excavator and a good understanding of GPS/machine control.

What we’re looking for:

Experienced 13T Digger / Excavator Operator
GPS knowledge and experience
Class 2 Driver Licence
WTR endorsements
Good understanding of levels, plans and general earthworks
Able to operate machinery safely and efficiently
Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
Good attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
Must be drug-free and able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Experience that would be a bonus:
Class 4 Driver Licence
Experience operating other earthmoving machinery
Civil, rural or general earthworks experience

What we offer:

Rate negotiable depending on experience and ability

Has been awhile since we have posted anything on social media. The team have been heads down for the first 3 months of 2026. Here is a sneaky little snap of 1 of the jobs we got to take a few pics and vids on. The team is usually too busy with their heads down for photos. So we are stoaked we got a few photos this year 🤣. We are very excited to see what the new year brings, we know 2025 has been a challenging year for alot of businesses. 2026 is surely going to be a better year 🤘

Little Snippet of Trav & the 13T Digger 😎 Travelling all over the Waikato getting the work done. If you have worked with Trav on a site then you know his eye for detail is next level and his precision is like no other. There's a reason why the big guns want him on there sites 😎

His calender for the rest of the year is getting booked out, so if you want him on your sites you will have to book in to secure him 👌
