Last month our team spent a fantastic weekend in Christchurch and Kaikōura for our annual conference.
Highlights included organic wine tasting at Greystone in Waipara, and an incredible seasonal feast at Hapuku Kitchen in Kaikōura. Hapuku Kitchen is the home of Fiona and Chris, who offer unique farm-to-table experiences.
Our team enjoyed the seasonal Supper Club (Whare Kai), a unique dining experience celebrating the simple joy of sustainably growing, gathering, preparing and sharing food from the region – and it was amazing!
We had a great stay at the Sudima Christchurch Airport and Sudima Kaikōura, and loved our time in the South!
