Oxbow Adventure Co., is nestled in the breathtaking Gibbston Valley in Queenstown, and we're on the lookout for an exceptional Frontline Operations Legend to join our growing team.
As a crucial member of the Oxbow family your primary responsibility will center around frontline operations.
-Managing the day-to-day sales and reservations of our world-class activities
-Handling customer enquiries
-Coordinating availability and loading/unloading of trips
-Taking customers through our health and safety processes
-Daily banking + cash handling
-Maintaining the base building cleanliness
-Food and Beverage service
To thrive in this role, we prefer you to:
-Bring at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
-Have excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with people from all walks of the world
-Be a confident team player with strong organisational skills and effective time management.

This is a permanent role across weekdays and weekends, based in the beautiful Gibbston Valley area. Staff transport is available from Quail Rise.
