Thank you again to Rotorua Tourism, I got to spend a few days with some amazing American agents and show off Rotorua , hopefully this will lead to them selling Rotorua as not just a 2 day destination.

Day 6, unfortunately a wet day in Dunedin, so it killed a few of the plans we had, the Gals spent the day doing their own thing around Dunedin before we all got back together to go to Star fish Cafe over at st.claires beach.
I did want to Gals to experience the world's steepest street, Baldwin street, but the weather was to wet and I didn't want any of them to get injured before their next early morning trip to Dunedin. Day 7 was a early 4.30am start to drop the Gals off and then drove back to Christchurch, before flights back to Rotorua... big thank you Aimee Wilson Byrd for the cool caps .I am certainly gonna miss Ya'll, it was the most amazing trip..

Day 5

Sorry for the delay, have arrived home and been a little busy, so back on track...

Lake Tekapo to Dunedin. Stopped en route at Fairley to have morning tea at Fairley pies ... oh man are they good pies! Well worth the stop if you are passing through.

Then a nice back country drive to Riverstone Castle where the Gals did the tour after they dreamed of being princesses..lol

We headed to Dunedin with a stop at S**g Rock to see the sea lions. There was so many to see.

After a little rest and downtime we headed out in the evening to see the little Blue Penguins arriving back from their day at sea... very cute waddling up the beach.

Was nice to head back to the hotel after a long day.

Day 4, Queenstown to Lake Tekapo.
The day started with a shotover Jet ride, a cool morning, but the girls woke up.
Then 2 very brave Gals, did the AJ Hackett Bungy... we'll done.
So after a well deserved morning, we headed over to Te Kano Winery , again a very beautiful stunning cloudless day.
Lunch At the Stoker Room in Cromwell, followed with another wine tasting at Misha's vineyard.
I couldn't resist a quick stop before heading to Lake Tekapo.
Cromwell Lou with a view was a good laugh.
Lake Tekapo was a little messy, the Hotel were not organized and took us over 35 min to check us in, which then started a late run getting to dinner.
But the night ended well at the Star Gazing, the stars were out in full site.... a look at the milky way, even saw shooting stars , which ended the night perfectly.

Just spent the last week and a half with these two lovely sisters Rhonda and Cheryl from the States.

They chose to spend their entire vacation in Rotorua and have had a wonderful time. They have been to every spa in Rotorua and love what we have on offer. I've loved their company and had so many laughs with them.

Today was my last day with them, sad to see them go. Stay in touch girls x

Day 3...

First stop Coronet peak for the amazing view and group photos.

Next stop Arrowtown where the first of the wine tasting begins! The Winery has an amazing selection of wines and even whiskey tasting (pity I'm driving 😪).

Then we headed to Gibbston Valley wines for lunch and of course more wine tasting! 🍷

Next stop Mt Difficulty - yes again more wine tasting! However this Winery has the most amazing views.

After a quick drive we arrive in Wanaka where we boarded the Wanaka cruise for a happy hour cruise before leaving to head back to Queenstown via the Cadrona pub.

Couldn't have asked for a better day

Day 2, Left Te Anau in the morning on our way to Milford Sounds.

Had a few photo stops on the way.

The one day of any tour you wish it would rain because it makes Milford more spectacular, but unfortunately it didn't. The sun was out wity hardly a cloud in the sky and we got the most amazing day. Due to the lack of rain there were not as many water falls as I hoped, but we did see dolphins and seals.

The Ladies all enjoyed a few wines, then it was the longest drive back to Queenstown. A nice quick dinner at a Irish bar before hitting the bed.

Day 1, Picked up these ladies at the Queenstown Airport this morning, and the fun has already begun.

First stop was a ride up Skyline Queenstown, then a stop off at Miller Road perfumery for perfume making. Unfortunately I missed this due to driving around trying to find a park for the 16 seater... Sorry Queenstown but you have terrible parking (or should I say a lack of places to park) ....anyway, moving on , after a run down the hill, I just made it to join the girls on the Earnslaw cruise and again, an amazing all you can eat lunch.

Then after fighting traffic we headed to Te Anau just in time for them to get on the Te Anau Glowworms tour, while I shot to the hotel to get all the keys and rooms sorted.. bring on day 2

Arrived at Christchurch Airport... one the scariest landings. It was quite windy, and plane dropped a few times... and I still have one more flight to Queenstown.... certainly didn't help the nerves for sure.

Day 9 Christchurch to Rotorua for me and Christchurch day for my girls

Had a lovely breakfast this morning then 5 of my girls and I headed out to Sumner Beach for a look. Spectacular day in Christchurch.

Next stop up Cashmere Hills for a view of the cityscape.

We then went to Mona Vale Gardens. What a beautiful spot this is. Stunning gardens, river running through it and great coffee house. Enjoyed our time here smelling the roses and taking in the view.

One of my ladies Beena is mad keen on cricket so we had to go to Hadley Oval for photos to show she had been.

We then headed into town for a bit of a look around and then they went to a restaurant for lunch. That's where I had to leave them. I've had a lovely time with them all and have some fond memories.

I got to the airport and didn't realise that Auckland flights go from up top as I sat down the bottom waiting patiently looking around for gate 18! At boarding time I thought hmmm this is strange so went investing to find i was meant to be up the top floor. Quick rush through security only to find the flight is delayed. I originally had a 40 min gap between my flight from Auckland to Rotorua but could see this gap diminishing. We finally left at 4.55pm nearly 45 mins late. So land and the air hostess says we need to make a mad dash to the regional checkin. Got there just on boarding time to find out our plane had mechanical issues 😪

When a girl has been on tour for 9 solid days she just wants to get home! So they had to swap planes move all luggage from one to another then we finally get on the plane to find out the door isn't shutting properly. Cue open the door again! Sigh

Finally on our way another 45 mins later. I have wages to do tonight and prep for my group of 28 pax off the cruise ship I'm meeting at 9am in Tauranga.

Despite the hiccups getting home it's been a fantastic 9 days and I'm guttered to be missing out on their dinner on the tram tonight in Christchurch. Safe travels girls x
