Cottage, Cabin & Sleepout.
What a beautiful set up the peacefulness, the Large space to host groups, crisp linen comfortable beds and general feel and hospitality was second to none. I would book again without hesitation thankyou Kerris and Bianca for Taking such good care of us I Highly reccommend - Speaking from a group of 20

Family Annual Get together
Very suitable for our multi family group for ages 8 to 80. Plenty of activites eg spa, lawn space and small animal feeding. Nice sleeping rooms, lots of bathrooms. Multi person kitchen with all essentials.

Arias Farm King Room: 18-21 April 2025

Kerris and Chris are fantastic hosts. They made us feel welcome into their home in no time. The room was great, and had all the ammenities we could ask for. We would highly recommend staying with Kerris and Chris, and we will no doubt stay with them again when we next travel to Rotorua.

private place ,this tiny house is very clean , Kerris and Chris supply fruit ,egg ,juice ,milk ...and many things for breakfast .it s not too far from there to centre ,we will come again in the future ,high recommence +++

When we aren't so busy, we regularly take in "woofers" - the term originally meant Work On Organic Farms, but these days it simply means young travellers working for their room and board as they see NZ on a budget. These are our latest two - Freddie and Johanna - enjoying our family trip to Kerosene Creek, in return for cleaning out the chicken coop!

So then we bought the farm so we could raise a few animals for her to play with, and the name just kind of stayed...
