Last week we had the privilege of attending the Te Po experience at

What an amazing evening!

Informative guides, a walk through the kiwi house and national arts school, spectacular thermal area particularly under the colored night lights ( sitting on hot rocks sipping hot chocolate ☕️😋, delicious meal (kai) and wonderful cultural performance.

We love hosting families and we're rapt when we hear that our guests enjoyed what we offer.

Holidaying with young kids can be challenging, we happily take care of providing the portacot, highchair and toys along with child-friendly plates and cutlery. Just a few things that we hope make your stay a little more relaxing!

1,827 days, 480+ Airbnb reviews, thousands of fabulous guests, approx 2000 beds made 😆..............and we're still having fun!!!

I still wonder sometimes how we started on this crazy, busy hosting journey 7 years ago with Cottage135. We've learnt so much since then and connected with so many amazing people ( guests from all over the globe, fellow hosts, tourism operators).

We're ever thankful for the opportunities hosting gives us and feel privileged to be doing something we love. Here's to the next 5 years!

The wet and windy weather didn't dampen our spirits yesterday!
The perfect afternoon to take a ride in the gondola up to at to enjoy an antipasto platter and a couple of great wines ( I recommend the Syrah!)

That gondola was swinging about in the wild wind a bit - we'll call it our adrenaline activity for the day 🙃🤣🤣
