Growing Our Future: Apprenticeships That Build Careers from the Ground Up
At Tenon Taupo, we believe in investing in people’s futures. That’s why we’re proud to offer apprenticeships that start from the ground up, giving our team members the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in their careers.
We currently offer five hands-on apprenticeship pathways:
* Saw Doctoring
* Mechanical
* Electrical
* Kiln Operator
* Timber Machinist
These programs aren’t just about training; they’re about unlocking potential. In the last two years alone, four apprentices have successfully completed their journey, stepping into skilled roles that keep our operations running strong.
And the momentum is growing: 15 apprentices are currently working hard to complete their qualifications, supported by mentors, teammates, and a workplace that truly believes in their potential.
Every apprentice represents a story of dedication, opportunity, and the power of learning on the job. We’re proud of each one past, present, and future and are excited to see how they’ll shape the future of our industry.
