🚁 Mt Tarawera Volcanic Flight

We lift off from Taupō Airport and head out over the great lake to Huka Falls, the huge rush of electric blue water through the gorge is stunning from above. Then fly south over the eerie steaming shores of Lake Rotomahana and right above Mt Tarawera itself. Ancient, scarred, and seriously impressive from the air. This is Aotearoa at its most raw.
