We're on the hunt for an Operations Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of Fiordland Jet, Woodstone Farm, and Brightview Farm Stay.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of three growing Southland businesses and help deliver incredible experiences for our guests.

We're looking for someone who:
✅ Loves working with people
✅ Thrives on organisation and problem solving
✅ Can confidently lead and support a team
✅ Has experience in operations, tourism, hospitality, or a similar industry
✅ Passionate about creating great experiences for both guests and staff

Based in Te Anau, this role offers plenty of variety, a great team, and the opportunity to make a real impact across our businesses.
