Happy Level 3 everybody. I am back on deck, although the alarm going off this morning was a bit of a shock to the system 😁. First up today was tidying this bad boy up after 25yrs of getting temporarily repaired and plenty of additions. Now is a great time for businesses to get this type of work done.

Although I am locked down just like everybody else I am allowed to attend to anything that is hazardous or an emergency situation. As I did today. A client with no hot water. A massive thank you to that client for taking into account all the precautions I will be taking for the extent of the lockdown period. 😷👍🏻🤧 ⚡️

Had a curly one today. Got called to replace an old socket that wasn’t working. After replacing I was carrying out standard tests and noticed there was no earth on the new socket. After a lot of investigation and a new hole in the lounge wall, I discovered a join in the wall that was just twisted and taped with the earth wire cut off. Not good. Not good at all. Potentially fatal under the right (or wrong) circumstances
