Workforce and education have been highlighted as high priority areas by our community as we head towards 2050. Survey participants and consultations have emphasised a need for a balanced approach, one that values the experience and knowledge of older workers while empowering the next generation with new skills and opportunities to meet the needs of both today’s economy and the decades ahead
We caught up with Leonie Rasmussen, Director of Southern Campuses at Ara who agrees.
