As we hurtled along at 240km/hr on the high-speed train I thought it would be a good time to do an update. We were 10 of our 30 day journey, we've just left Florence which was amazing.During our time there we also had day trips to Bologna, Pisa, San Gimignano & Siena. Despite the iffy weather we also got to see the Boboli Gardens & Villa Bardini. We've met some nice fellow travellers, 'interssante' locals 😆and were very lucky to have an amazing warm, welcoming and entertaining accommodation host. We are now on our way to Sorrento- coastal city and home of lemoncelle. (Sorry this is in past tense as we had issues with wifi connection)
