Having had the opportunity to visit the 9/11 Memorial in New York, it’s hard to put into words just how moving it is to stand in a place where so many lives were changed forever.

25 years on, remembering those who lost their lives, their families, and the incredible courage shown that day and in the days that followed.

A little heads-up if a Fiji holiday has been on your mind…

Fiji's new 5% Tourism Services Tax comes into effect from 1 September 2026, but there's some good news — the Fiji Government has now confirmed that existing bookings made before 1 September won't be subject to the new tax.

So, if you're already thinking about a Fiji getaway, now could be a very good time to get it booked! ✈️☀️

— Update: Europe Border Delays —

The EU Entry/Exit System is now fully operational.

New Zealand passport holders entering or leaving the Schengen Area for a short stay will have their passport details, facial image and fingerprints recorded.

There have been reports of significant queues and missed connections at some border points.

ETIAS is not operating yet, so there is no need to apply before travel.
