They say you should never meet your hero because they’ll probably disappoint. Well… yesterday Jono met me, and I probably did. 😂
Jokes aside, what Jono is doing is seriously heroic. He’s spending three months swimming 1,000 miles down the coast of New Zealand’s North Island—not for a record or personal glory, but to raise awareness about the destructive practice of bottom trawling and push the government for change. 💙
