Just returned from a great trip to Mana Island, fantastic weather helped to make the day. Takahe was spotted and the bird song was very relaxing. What trip down south would be complete without a stop at RJ's.

Day 4 of our March Getaway, today was a day of reflections firstly with a visit to the Waiouru Army Museum along with a guided tour of the New Zealand campaigns, then a stop at the Tangiwai Memorial.

Day 2 of our March Getaway a mixed day of muscle cars, huge machinery, Grass Roots Velodrome & Cambridge Stud former home of Sir Tristam & Zabeel

What a great start to our March Getaway, with a visit to Zealong Tea Estate where we learnt about different teas followed by a tea ceremony. A great experience with surprising differences in taste.
