The school holiday countdown is officially on… have you made any plans yet? ✈️🌴

With the July break just around the corner, now is the perfect time to start dreaming about a little winter escape with the family.

Perhaps it’s warm days by the pool in Fiji, swimming in the lagoon in Rarotonga, exploring the Gold Coast, or enjoying a few relaxed days somewhere closer to home.

Trip Down Memory Lane ✈️

Hong Kong Disneyland, Vietnam, Christmas Day in Hanoi. This was one family adventure we’ll never forget.

Back in 2019/2020, my family and I travelled with Cathay Pacific via Hong Kong, where we stopped for a fun-filled day at Hong Kong Disneyland before continuing on to Vietnam.

From Hanoi, we travelled north by overnight train into the hill tribes, stayed at a family-run cinnamon farm, trekked through local villages, and visited a school where we were able to share books, pens and lollies.

We then made our way south to Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue, Mui Ne for some much-needed beach time, and finally Ho Chi Minh City.

The highlights? The people, the food, the history, the culture and a few funny family moments too. My husband loved the Cu Chi Tunnels, my son still remembers being chased by a buffalo in Hoi An, my daughter loved getting her toes done and having a massage, and for me? Three weeks of not cooking, cleaning or worrying was pretty hard to beat.

Vietnam is such a fantastic destination for families. It’s economical, easy to get around, full of culture, and offers something for everyone.

What do you want to say yes to next? ✈️

As my Hidden Heart of Japan escorted group tour gets closer, I’ve been reflecting on how special these trips really are.

This tour is now almost sold out, with 4 spots on hold, this leaves only two spots left to complete our group, and I am taking away such a fabulous group of people. Many of them I have known for a very long time, and I already know we are going to have so much fun together.

For me, that is the beauty of escorted group travel.

It gives people the confidence to keep seeing the world, to adventure a little further from home, and to say yes to places they may not have wanted to visit alone.
So, I would love to know…

I love getting messages like this when my clients return home ✈️

There’s something really special about knowing a client can head off on a big trip, like the UK, and come home having ticked everything off their wish list.

Flights, accommodation, the little details in between… it’s all about making the journey feel easy from start to finish.

As I always say, my only real goal is that everything runs smoothly and hearing that it did (and more) is exactly why I love what I do.
