You will be helping visitors plan their dream adventures around Wanaka and NZ, from booking activities and accomodation to sharing your local knowledge and making every trip unforgettable.
If you are an absolute natural with sales and customer service, have a fabulous positive energy, great with computers and onto it with details, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
✅Booking travel, accommodations, and activities for both locals and visitors, working closely with tourism operators.
✅Crafting personalized itineraries and travel documents for individual travelers and groups.
✅Collaborating with our team to ensure every customer receives the very best top notch, efficient, and accurate service.
✅Staying up to date with industry trends and product knowledge through regular training.
✅️ Love a challenge to meet team sales targets while enjoying incentives for your hard work.
