Alpine Helicopters are based in Wanaka, New Zealand and specialise in scenic helicopter flights, agriculture, commercial and private charters. Alpine Helicopters is a family run company that has been operating since 1972. The company operates a fleet of five modern helicopters and alongside our sister company, Minaret Station, we offer a wide range of scenic flights and helicopter adventures. We have extensive experience in, and offer a range of agricultural and commercial services.

Fly west. Land somewhere you can’t drive to. Stop for lunch. Take the long way home.

Spring’s here, summer’s not far behind, and we’re already thinking about the places we’ll be flying.

Remote coastlines, alpine lakes, hidden valleys and a few very good spots for lunch. Our summer experiences are all about getting off the usual route and seeing more of this corner of New Zealand.
